Rules

These are the rules of SoccerGlobal. By joining SoccerGlobal you hereby agree to abide by these rules at all times. If any member is found to have violated these rules, their membership will be terminated. If they have any affiliate commission due, this will be forfeited.

1) Free Trial

The free monthly trial is designed to enable new members a little time to evaluate our selections and become comfortable with us. Requesting a new free trial via a new email address is strictly prohibited. This is against the spirit of our initial generous offer of a free trial.

2) Sharing our Information with Non-Members

Our selections and other confidential information is strictly for members only. This information is strictly confidential and is for each member’s personal use ONLY.

It is forbidden to:

• Share your login and password with anyone.
• Publish our selections on other forums or websites.
• Share our selections with anyone whatsoever.

3) SPAM

SPAM (unsolicited mass email promotion) is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. SPAM is illegal and we feel that it is a despicable intrusion into a person’s freedom.

Further more, the spamming of our website can have a very negative effect upon our relationship with our website hosting company.

We take this matter very seriously indeed. If any member is found to have spammed our website across the internet, the result will be that they will have their membership terminated and will not receive any affiliate income which has been derived through this illegal method of promotion.

4) Guarantee

If SoccerGlobal does not produce a profit at the end of month, we will extend your membership by a month.

Recently subscribed members will need to have been subscribed for at least a period of 2 weeks during that month. Only those people who have had an active subscription for more than half of the month in which there was no profit will be entitled to an extra free month.

For example, if your account has been activated on or before the 15th of August then you are entitled to a potential free month based on the balance made in the month of August. However, if your account was activated on 16th of August then the free months subscription will be based on the final balance made in the month of September.

For 3 monthly, 6 monthly or annual subscriptions, the subscription period will be divided into monthly periods. For each non-profitable monthly period, you will receive an additional month of subscription period for free. This free month will be added on to your subscription expiry date.
Obviously, this offer relates to paid subscribers only and does not apply for new Members who are on their first months free trial period.

5) Access To Our Selections

After a members first months free trial is complete, access to our selections is available only after making their membership payment.

6) Changes to rules

We reserve the right to make changes to existing rules or add new rules.

7) Changes to Membership fees

We reserve the right to change the cost of membership fees. If any changes are made, we will provide one months notice before making these changes.

8) Refund of Membership fees

Membership fees are non-refundable.

9) Disclaimer

Neither SoccerGlobal nor anyone associated with Soccerglobal accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any loss that may be sustained as a result of the use (or misuse) of the predictions provided by SoccerGlobal, irrespective of how that loss might be sustained.

SoccerGlobal does not guarantee winnings and cannot be held liable for losses resulting from the use of information obtained from here. SoccerGlobal does not offer bookmaking or services related to bookmaking. In order to place bets, etc. you must access the bookmakers' web sites and comply with the bookmakers' terms and conditions.

Every effort is undertaken to ensure that the Bookmakers and Betting Exchanges which SoccerGlobal recommends are reputable and financially stable. 10) Warning

Betting can be very risky and users should only speculate with money that they can comfortably afford to lose and should ensure that the risks involved are fully understood, seeking advice if necessary.

11) Gambling Problems?

If you find that you have a gambling problem, (according to the criteria of answering YES to at least seven (7) questions listed below), Members must hereby give an assurance and undertaking to SoccerGlobal that they WILL NOT continue to use this service.
